The elderly are subjected to being crowded on the street, standing and in the sun, and employees are overloaded. Management needs more employees and better care for the elderly.
Worst bank in the world. Phone, just to decorate, because no one answers. Everything complicated. And it's because they make a lot of money with our money and have no respect for the customer; To top it all off, I needed to go to the bank, I arrived at 10:00am, and left at 3:00pm. Just to unblock an app. Total lack of information. Customers standing on the other side of the street; employees going to call people there, running the risk of an accident and customers running the risk of robbery. Then in the end I went to complain to a man who I thought was the manager and he came to tell me that I could have contacted him. Nobody makes anything easier for anyone. I never want to go to that agency again. 5 hours of waiting (3 hours standing) just to unlock an app. Now in 2022, I went to the agency, same thing. The queue the size of the world, outside the agency. A year ends and a new year begins, and nothing changes.
Worst bank branch. I spent 4 hours to request a debit card (because it can only be at the branch) and make a transfer. Not even if I had been in the UPA queue would it have taken so long. Terrible professionals, neglect. Now when I said I was going to get my money out of there, the employee called me out of love. Elderly people feeling unwell... total disregard for customers. Congratulations Bradesco, you are showing how much you value your customers. P.S.: I gave it a star because I had to, because this agency doesn't even know what a star is. #deixeideserclientedobradesco

Service was quick. The parking lot is small but it was free when I arrived.
